At Capezio UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dancewear purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips are intact and dance shoes show no signs of floor wear.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
